  14. TORQUE is Steve Gibson's highly accurate Windows display subsystem
  15. pixel throughput measurement tool.  TORQUE determines the maximum
  16. memory-to-screen and screen-to-screen pixel transfer rates for the
  17. display system at its current refresh rate, screen resolution, and
  18. color depth.  This information can be used to reveal and explore
  19. various fundamental characteristics of Windows display driver and
  20. adapter performance.  TORQUE contains built-in help and information
  21. that further explains and describes its operation and purpose.
